Functional Training Zone
Get a feel for functional training in our dedicated Functional Training Zone, that’s fit out with kettlebells, medicine balls, plyometric boxes and so much more. Don’t let the name scare you off - because this zone isn’t just for those wanting to lift heavy weights. Every BODY can benefit from functional training, which helps increase range of motion, prevent injury and assist in the ability to perform day-to-day tasks like lifting and bending.
Boutique cycle studio
When in doubt, pedal it out in our state-of-the-art spin studio! Set your speed and shape your legs in cycle or turn up the dial in RPM - a low impact, high intensity workout that combines climbing, racing and sprinting intervals for maximum fat-burning results.
We know our timetable might not always fit with your busy schedule – but don’t let that stop you, because we’ve got virtual spin classes, which allow you to get in a great workout at the touch of a button, at a time that suits you.

Strapped for time? You’ll love our selection of 30-minute express classes including love Emily Skye Ignite – a functional group workout exclusive to Goodlife, designed by fitness phenomenon Emily Skye and PACE - a 30-minute cycle class that will give you maximum results in minimum time.
Get set to sweat with Arena Fitness! These coach led HIIT and functional training style classes were inspired by boxing and merge intense coach led circuits to help build strength, improve coordination and torch some serious calories. This completely non-contact training solution is suitable for all fitness levels, and whether you’re a beginner, intermediate or advanced participant, you’ll improve strength, burn fat and build confidence.
